About me
I am Adriana—a creative and curious soul, born in Brazil and shaped between England and France. I have always seen challenges as invitations to play, grow, and transform myself through creativity. My journey has led me from design, film, and animation to education, motherhood, and the Montessori philosophy—experiences that have brought me back to what truly matters: childhood as my guide, instinct as my compass. More recently, Play Therapy has enriched this path, deeply connecting art, play, and healing. Today, I am delighted to open the doors of Cosmic Palette Atelier, a vibrant space where creative expression becomes a language of the heart. My qualifications
I am a certified play therapist (ages 4–12), trained by APAC UK (postgraduate certificate validated by Leeds Beckett University) and registered with the PTI UK. I hold a degree in Motion Graphics and a Montessori diploma (ages 0–7) from MCI London. I have also completed numerous additional professional development courses (CPD) in education, therapy, and creative arts. I am DBS vetted, have a current French criminal record check, a valid first aid certificate, and full liability insurance—just in case creativity gets a little out of hand! I am fluent in Portuguese and English, and my French is progressing steadily—always with plenty of enthusiasm (and a few laughs with a perfect accent)! In parallel, I am a volunteer coordinator for the annual celebrations of the British Section of the International School, where I lead creative and sustainable workshops, blending imagination, nature and art in an authentic and joyfully bilingual approach.
